the recommended factory address for lianyungang hongyang congeneration project is xuwei port,south of lianyungang port, which is the main construction harbor industry, it is located in the south of xigang lake in harbor port, south-west of m3 ployt. the north-west of the factory address in xigang lake, the other three sides are the park planning roads, 700m from east to west, 560m from south to north, the available area is 40hm2. the project scale of lianyunggang honggang congeneration is 3xcb40 draw back type thermoelectric unit 4x440t/h high temperature and super high pressure pulverized coal boiler, all of them are now under infrastucture, #1~3 boiler and #1 steam turbine are almostly completed. #1 bolier will begin successively to supply heat,the design parameter of desulfuration,denitration and dedusting is as below:
de-noxadopts selective catalystic reduction process, denitration reactor is placed between boiler economizer and air pre-heater, and will not set exhaust by-pass system. it will adopt 2 1 layout, and the reductor is liquid ammonia,the denitration efficiency is no less than 80%. according to boiler technical regulation, the discharge of the boiler economizer nox is no more than 350mg/nm3.
flue gas desulfurization adopts ammonia process of desulfurization, the flue gas desulphurization system design parameter is: desulfurization design coal sar=1.2%, inlet so2 content is 2958mg/nm²(dry basis, 6%oxygen content), sulphur removal efficiency is no less than 97%, so2 emission concentration is no more than 100mg/nm³.
each boiler of flue gas dust removal adopts one bag filter, the dustiness in the inlet dirt catcher is 29g/nm³, the dust concentration in the outlet dirt catcher is no more than 20 mg/nm³.
